Backstreets Capital is the family office of the Conroy and Sher families, which focuses on real estate development throughout the west coast of Florida. Their portfolio includes a variety of local projects including The Salvador and Nolen condominiums in downtown St. Petersburg along with dozens of other residential, commercial and mixed-use properties throughout Tampa Bay. Their passion lies in transforming underutilized spaces into thriving places that enhance and energize our communities.

PLACE is a team of creative design professionals committed to high quality architecture and urban design. PLACE believes in the power of place, with thoughtful design of beautiful spaces, engaging buildings and walkable communities. Their diverse portfolio includes residential, commercial and institutional projects. They also provide urban design services including site plan studies for individual parcels and master plans for larger mixed-use districts.
